Q The motor is not working
A The lid on the feeder moves gradually so it is not noticeable. It will take some time to check for movement.

Ensure that the motor has not been over wound or the lid turned by hand. This is likely to break the unit and can not be covered by warranty. If so this is likely to have broken the unit, and can not covered by the warranty.

Q How many Ice packs should there be with the unit?
A The 153 is supplied with one Ice Pack to enable tinned food to stay moist for a longer period. If required, additional ice packs can be purchased.

Q The unit I have is battery operated. Can I purchase parts for this model?
A The battery operated pet feeders are now discontinued. We no longer have the motors for these but all the other parts are the same as the clockwork feeders and in some cases a clock work motor can be used in the battery operated housing.

Q It is difficult to adjust the position of the lid using the lid adjustment knob.
A The Pet Feeders are now supplied with a key to make this easier, but previous models did not have these. A key can be supplied if required.
