| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
| Shipping And Handling All orders are normally despatched First Class Recorded Delivery. Some spare parts are sent First Class. Recorded Delivery means a signature is required. We are happy to deliver to an alternative address, please choose this option during checkout. Shipping charges vary from product to product and will be clearly displayed during the checkout procedure. Should a delivery fail because there is no one in, Royal Mail will leave a card for you to collect the item from the local sorting office. After a period of 7 days the item will be returned to us. Should we need to resend it there will be an additional postage charge. |
| Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 1-2 business days . International orders are generally received in under 21 days. Out of stock items will be notified to the customer, where they will have a choice to hold the order or cancel for a full refund. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
| Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free. |
| Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers and personal details are collected by HSBC secure banking. They are not collected by us and not stored on our premises. They are not held in clear text on any web site. |
| Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. Most products come with a 3 year manufacturer guarantee, please check you product for details. All of our products come with a 7 day no quibble guarantee. Where possible we will exchange the product for you. Details of the Manufacturers Guarantee will be incuded with the parcel. There is no Consequential Insurance for late deliveries (outside of our control) or for items installed or used incorrectly. |
